"Te Kākano Hauora is about planting seeds, helping to nurture whānau toward wellness, and supporting them to reach their goals."
Te Kākano Hauora is located in the east of Ōtautahi, not far from Ōtakaro and a few metres across the road from the main entrance to Woodham Park. The space opened in early 2022 and is well utilised, most notably as the home of our Te Oranga Activities programmes.
