Te Oranga Activities

Supporting whānau affected with mental health challenges to get involved in their community, make friends, and improve their health. Our programmes encourage a healthy lifestyle, physical activity, creativity, and connection to Te Ao Māori.

Te Oranga Activities is for adults  affected by mental health issues

Weekly timetable of activities change each school term

18+ years old

Waitaha Canterbury region

To become involved in our day activities you must have an assigned community support worker, peer support worker or clinician from

Te Kākano Hauora.

 

Spaces may be limited

If the activity you wish to attend is not running this term, please contact us, we love your suggestions for future programmes.
